Whether it’s a smaller gathering of at least 40 guests or a large-scale celebration, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. We provide our services across Saint John and surrounding areas, with mileage- based travel fees.
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events during peak seasons. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever feasible.

Yes, we can accommodate various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requirements. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
While we take every precaution to minimize the risk of cross contamination, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Therefore, we prefer to describe certain dishes as gluten -reduced rather than gluten-free. This approach allows guests with severe allergies or sensitivities to make informed decisions.
Our buffet pricing covers the cost of the food itself. We collaborate with you to plan a menu that suits your event. To enhance your event experience, we offer a range of additional services, each priced separately. We provide delivery and set up services for your event. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance to and from your venue.
Professional servers are available to assist guests at the buffet line, ensuring smooth service, and clean up.
We offer rentals for place settings, including plates, utensils, napkins, and if desired water and wine glasses.
Disposable cutlery and plates are available for purchase or you may provide your own.
A 50 % deposit is required to secure your event date, with the balance due just prior to the event. Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be eligible for a refund.
Yes, our team manages the complete setup and cleanup of the catering area, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event. Unless you choose to have the food delivered only.

We will happily answer any of your questions and work together to chose a menu fit for your event. Once you have made your selection, we will send you an estimate to review.
Yes, we offer professional servers to assist with buffet service. Our servers ensure smooth food distribution, maintain cleanliness, and replenish dishes as needed. The necessity and number of servers depend on your guest count and menu. This service incurs an additional fee, which will be detailed in your customized estimate.
Bar service is available with a minimum requirement of $1000 in alcoholic beverages, not including food cost.
